HC orders on Tamil Movie Unnaipol Oruvan

The Madras High Court has ordered maintenance of status quo (as of today) for the release of the Tamil feature film Unnaipol Oruvan.
According to the Pyramid Saimira, it had paid Rs 6.90 crore to Kamal Haasan for the production of its Tamil film Marmayogi. But the defendants used that money for the production of another Tamil film Unnaipol Oruvan. The production company-Pyramid Saimira-pleaded to court that,t he(kamal hasan) must give the guarantee that neither any interest for the production of the film Marmayogi, nor returned the money paid. Hence, the plaintiff sought to restrain the defendants from releasing Unnaipol Oruvan.Unnaipol Oruvan, the Tamil remake of hollywood movie A Wednesday. Unnaipol Oruvan, casted by two super stars- kamal hasan and mohanlal. This will expected to release on september 18
